TEAM LEADER

Overall aim: To establish and lead a Catalyst Team; an 'enabler' who builds and equips a team.

• Lead regular Team meetings; to include training and prayer.
• Meet with the Associate CEO monthly
• Meet with other Catalyst Team Leaders quarterly (digitally)
• Recruit team members via the agreed selection process
• Lead vision casting events to share the vision of CMF

CONNECT CATALYST

Overall aim: encourages and measures the connecting of like-minded members in churches, communities, workplaces, specialties or via social media

PRAYER CATALYST

Overall aim: encourages regular, vibrant personal and corporate prayer in the region

EVANGELISM CATALYST

Overall aim: to encourage evangelism in the region

GLOBAL CATALYST

Overall aim: encourages engagement in both local and cross-cultural mission

TRANSITION CATALYST

Overall aim: overseeing members moving in and out of the region especially juniors

SMALL GROUPS CATALYST

Overall aim: to support and resource small groups who meet, often in members' homes.
