Are you a health professional who has graduated outside the UK? If so, you bring a unique perspective to caring for patients from diverse cultures. However, you also encounter daily challenges as you adapt to a new cultural, linguistic, and professional environment.
Join CMF’s network for Christian international medical, nursing, and midwifery graduates (or students), and together, we can support one another and learn to live and speak for Jesus by building cultural bridges!
What we do
- We aim to provide pastoral care for international medical and nursing graduates and students (IMNGs) as they adjust to life in the UK.
- We encourage and support mentoring relationships between members who are new to the country and those who have settled here for many years, who can, therefore, offer valuable insights into your challenges.
- We aim to direct you to available resources about practising in a new healthcare setting and being a witness for Jesus within British culture.
